Under water (sea or ocean) hydroelectric energy planes

Water can be pressure from a shallow reservoir at sea surface and piped to turbines at the bed of the sea where is drive generators for a possible underwater electric energy plane but the generators under water must be well design for it aquatic mode of life, this may mean the will be working in a seal medium and the earth wire should be earthed and the sea bed if possible that is cannot be a treat to sea lives and the most advantage of the system is that we will never have shortage of water to run the generators and therefore we will never have shortage of power for our day to day need especially industries.
